New Client Wellness Exam Offer — Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer

New clients of Beyond Pets Animal Hospital receive one (1) complimentary Nose-to-Tail Wellness Exam (a $68 value). The exam fee is waived. All other services are billed at our standard rates.

2. New Client Definition

You qualify as a "new client" if no pet in your household has been seen at Beyond Pets Animal Hospital or its predecessor, Town and Country Veterinary Clinic, at any time. Eligibility is determined by household (verified by address and phone number), not by individual person or individual pet. Beyond Pets reserves the right to verify new-client status in our records and to decline the offer if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Eligible Species

This offer is valid for dogs and cats only. Exotic species, pocket pets, birds, reptiles, and wildlife are not eligible.

4. Eligible Appointment Types

The offer is valid only for scheduled wellness exams booked in advance. The following are not eligible:

• Same-day or walk-in appointments
• Urgent care visits
• Sick-pet or problem-focused visits
• Emergency visits
• Recheck or follow-up visits
• Surgery or dental consultations and drop-offs
• Technician-only appointments (nail trims, anal gland expression, weight checks, suture removal, etc.)
• Grooming appointments
• End-of-life or euthanasia appointments

If a pet presents with a medical concern at the time of the wellness appointment, the visit may be converted to a problem-focused exam at the veterinarian's discretion, in which case our standard exam fee will apply.

5. What the Offer Covers

The offer covers the exam fee only. The following are billed at our standard rates and are not included:

• Vaccines
• Diagnostic testing (bloodwork, fecal, urinalysis, heartworm test, FeLV/FIV, cytology, imaging, etc.)
• Medications and parasite preventives
• Treatments and procedures of any kind
• Microchipping
• Prescription diets and retail products
• Medical waste disposal fees, where applicable

6. Limits

• Limit one (1) complimentary exam per household.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, wellness package, or membership program (including but not limited to our Puppy Package, Kitten Package, Feline Wellness Package, Adult Dog Wellness Plan, and Senior Health Screen).
• Offer is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged.
• Offer must be claimed at the time of booking or at check-in. It cannot be applied retroactively to invoices already generated.

7. Scheduling and Appointment Policy

Appointments are subject to availability.

8. Expiration

This offer must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of first contact with Beyond Pets Animal Hospital.

9. Modification

Beyond Pets Animal Hospital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time, with or without notice. Offer void where prohibited by law.

10. Clinical Judgment

This offer does not alter the standard of care. Our veterinarians will recommend whatever testing, treatments, or services they consider appropriate for your pet's health, and you will receive an estimate before any chargeable services are performed.
